As I said before, you’ll only need to dedicate your 150 mins per week for showing up. I’d say very flexible as all you need to do is show up and share wherever you are in your journey. It will be your space and my only encouragement would be to make it your own the way it serves you the best as this is the journey of embracing your wild 🙂
